Welldona is a platform that connects associations with notaries, lawyers, individuals and companies to increase their visibility and facilitate the discovery of general interest causes.
It is based on a simple conviction: every gesture counts, and associations must be made visible, understandable and accessible to enable these gestures.
Welldona acts as a bridge between:
- associations, who need visibility and structure
- notaries and lawyers, who support their clients in estate and philanthropic planning
- individuals and companies, who wish to support causes aligned with their values
For associations, Welldona helps structure their presence and increase their visibility.
For notaries and lawyers, the platform is a reliable and structured tool as part of their advisory missions.
For individuals and companies, it makes it easy to discover credible and verified causes.
Who is Welldona for?
Welldona is aimed at four types of users:
- Associations, who wish to structure their visibility and communication
- Individuals and companies, who wish to discover and support general interest causes
- Notaries, lawyers and other experts, who use the platform as a reference tool in their estate and legal advisory missions
- Professionals in the associative and philanthropic sector, involved in promoting or supporting non-profit organizations

For Associations
What solutions are offered?
Welldona offers several packages to adapt the level of visibility and communication of your association.
The Essential offer provides a basic presence with a descriptive card.
The BOOST offer enhances this visibility with enriched content and highlights.
The SIGNATURE offer provides premium visibility with more complete communication, while the Tailor-Made offer allows a fully personalized approach.

How to register my association on Welldona?
1. Go to the home page (https://www.welldona.com/en) and click on "Join us", then select "Association" (directly accessible via the following url: https://www.welldona.com/en/signup).
2. Fill in all mandatory fields of the form:
- Association name
- Legal status (ASBL, AISBL, Foundation or Other)
- Country
- Main language
- Sector of activity (e.g. social inclusion, environment, culture...)
- Full address
- Contact email
- Company number / BCE
- Phone number
3. Create your credentials to access your member area and manage your profile.
4. Verify that all information is accurate and complete before validating your registration.
Important: registration will only be validated if all information is correct and if the association's project corresponds to a general interest mission of ASBL type (social, cultural, educational, environmental or humanitarian impact).
What types of organizations can register?
Welldona is open to ASBLs, AISBLs, foundations as well as other non-profit structures. In this case, select "Other" during registration.
The organization must carry out a general interest activity of ASBL type, whether social, cultural, educational, environmental or humanitarian.
What is the difference between legal name and trade name?
The legal name corresponds to the official legal name of your structure, as legally registered.
The trade name corresponds to the name that will be displayed on the Welldona platform. It can be simpler, more readable or more communication-oriented.
What documents must be provided for validation?
To ensure the reliability of associations on the platform, certain documents are required during the validation process:
- Statutes: current and signed version
- Latest annual report: approved version
- UBO proof: official document + copy of ID card of at least one registered member
- Proof of identity: copy of ID card of the contact person
This verification is a strong guarantee of credibility and security for all Welldona users.
What happens after registration?
Once registration is complete, you access your member area, which allows you to complete your profile.
Before being visible online, your profile is validated by the Welldona team. This validation is based on human verification of the information and documents provided.
It is therefore essential that all information is correctly completed and that the required documents are submitted. This step guarantees the quality of associations on the platform, both for the associations themselves and for notaries, lawyers, individuals and companies.
How long does profile validation take?
The validation time may vary depending on the files.
However, if your profile is complete from the start and all requested documents have been correctly provided, validation can be done very quickly.
Good preparation beforehand therefore significantly speeds up the process.
Can I modify my profile after validation?
Yes.
You can modify your profile at any time via your member area (accessible after login at https://backoffice.welldona.com/en/dashboard).
You can:
- update your information
- add your association's logo
- enrich your content
- add elements (depending on your offer)
What happens if my profile is rejected?
If your profile cannot be validated, the Welldona team will systematically contact you to explain the missing or blocking elements.
The goal is to support you in correcting the information and allowing the validation of your association.
Can I add multiple administrators to my account?
Yes. From the back office, it is possible to add multiple users to give them access to your association's management area.
These users can then log in and manage the association's profile, according to needs (updating information, adding content, managing activities, etc.).

How do subscription, payment and invoicing work?
Access to services is based on an annual subscription, automatically renewed unless cancellation is made at least three months before the due date.
Payment is made online securely via Stripe. Once payment is validated, an invoice corresponding to the chosen subscription is sent by email to the association.
If you have a discount code, it can be entered directly during the payment step on the Stripe platform.
Does Welldona guarantee results?
Welldona does not guarantee results (donations, partnerships, contacts).
However, Welldona guarantees means:
- a structured communication plan
- a presence on social media
- visibility on the platform
- interactions with the notarial network and companies
- presence at events
Success also depends on:
- the quality of information provided
- the involvement of associations
- the relay of content
Is the platform available in multiple languages?
Yes, Welldona is available in French, Dutch and English.
For associations, it is strongly recommended to complete descriptions in all three languages to ensure optimal visibility.
If this is not done, the main language will be used for other languages.
For videos, it is advisable to provide:
- multilingual versions
- or subtitles
How to improve my association's visibility?
Visibility depends on several factors, including:
- the quality and completeness of your profile
- the use of content (texts and videos)
- your activity on the platform
- and the relay of your Welldona presence via your own channels
The richer and more relayed your profile is, the greater your visibility will be.
Does Welldona manage donations?
No, Welldona does not manage donations. Each association remains responsible for its own collection systems.
However, you can add a link to your donations page in your profile to allow users to support your association.
Can I publish activities or events on Welldona?
Yes, depending on the chosen offer, you have the possibility to encode activities or events directly from your member area.
When encoding, you can specify:
- a title
- a location
- a date
- a time
- as well as a detailed description
This information allows you to highlight your actions and give visibility to your initiatives.
Where are activities visible?
Encoded activities are visible on the platform, particularly in the Activities section (https://www.welldona.com/en/activities) as well as on the home page where upcoming activities are presented.
How are featured associations selected?
The highlighting of associations (particularly in the logo carousel or in the "featured associations" section on the home page) depends on the solution chosen by the association.
These visibility elements are part of the features accessible from the BOOST offer and help strengthen the presence of associations on the platform.
Can I change offers during the year?
Yes, it is possible to change your offer during the year.
- If you wish to upgrade to a higher offer, this is possible at any time. In this case, a pro-rata payment will be requested via Stripe to cover the price difference for the remaining period.
- If you wish to downgrade to a lower offer, no refund will be made. The new offer will then be applied from the next annual period.
Can I choose multiple sectors of activity?
When registering on the platform, you are asked to select a single main sector of activity. This choice helps structure the association's profile and facilitate its initial categorization.
Once registration is validated by the Welldona team and the profile is activated, it is then possible to add additional sectors of activity directly from the back office. Access to the back office: https://backoffice.welldona.com/en/dashboard
This flexibility allows associations to more faithfully reflect the diversity of their actions and improve their visibility to different platform users.
Can I delete my profile?
The profile remains visible online as long as the subscription is active.
If the subscription is canceled, or if the registration process has not been completed to the end, the profile will not be visible on the platform.
How to add and manage videos on my profile?
Videos are not hosted directly on Welldona. They must be published on an external platform (such as YouTube), then added via their URL in your profile.
The last added video is the one that will appear first on your page.
Adding videos is available on your back office from the BOOST offer.
From the SIGNATURE offer, video capsules are filmed by the Welldona team to highlight your association and strengthen your visibility on the platform.
For Notaries, Lawyers and Experts
What is Welldona's role for professionals?
Welldona provides a structured directory of reliable associations, allowing notaries, lawyers and experts to easily access centralized and verified information.
This tool facilitates their advisory mission, particularly in the context of transmission, donation or philanthropic projects. It offers them a clear vision of active associations, as well as simplified access to structured and comparable profiles.
The platform is thus a true reference tool for better guiding and supporting their clients in their decisions, whether estate, legal or related to societal commitment.
Who can create a professional profile?
Professional profiles are accessible to notaries, lawyers as well as any expert involved in legal, estate or philanthropic support of clients or organizations.
How to register as a professional?
Registration is done directly from the home page by clicking on the "Expert" button next to the "Join us" mention (or directly via the following url: https://www.welldona.com/en/join-us).
This allows you to create a professional profile and access the platform features adapted to this type of user.
It is important to use a professional email address, as this allows the Welldona team to verify that you are indeed a notary or lawyer.
Does Welldona verify profiles?
Yes, verification is also performed for professional profiles to ensure the reliability of users on the platform.
Can I save favorite associations?
Yes. When logged in, you can add associations to your favorites by clicking on the star icon located on each association's page. Your favorite associations are then directly accessible from your dashboard to facilitate your follow-up and recommendations to your clients.
For Individuals and Companies
How to discover associations?
Associations can be consulted directly from the home page or via the dedicated search section (https://www.welldona.com/en/associations).
The platform allows you to explore associations using different filters, particularly by sector of activity or type of cause. This makes it easier to identify associations that match your interests.
Each association has a detailed card presenting its mission, actions and news.
Can I contact an association directly via the platform?
Yes.
All the necessary information to contact the association is listed on its dedicated page, including:
- email address
- phone number
- contact person
Depending on the elements completed by the association, you can also be redirected to:
- its website
- social media
via the buttons provided for this purpose on its profile.
Can I support multiple associations?
Yes, you are free to discover and support multiple associations according to your affinities and the causes that matter to you.
Data and Legal Aspects
Is my data protected?
Welldona complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used only for account management, subscriptions and services offered.

Can I cancel my subscription?
The subscription can be canceled at any time, provided that a notice period of three months is respected before the annual renewal date. After this period, the subscription is renewed for a new period of one year.

Are there refunds?
Any subscription period started is due in full and cannot give rise to a refund.
